Head turner even in my 60’s makes it difficult to find men close to my age. Retired HS math teacher living on the beach intimidates the only men around here: conservatives. Single mom raised my successful son in liberal NOVA.(Va) I retired to Florida before the era of hate thy neighbor. I own and Airbnb also so could own a winter/summer wish together.
